Larry J. Theurer, CAI, GPPA, President of United Country Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, is a graduate of Reisch Worldwide College of Auctioneering (1976), a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, acquiring the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation, and a Graduate of Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) designation. He holds a real estate broker license in Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado, and New Mexico. Larry is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, serving on the Board of Directors and as President in 2002-2004, and a member of the Kansas Auctioneers Association, serving in many capacities on the board and as its president. He was awarded the National Auctioneers Association President's Award of Distinction. Larry and his wife, Sherri, reside in Wellington, Kansas, and are active in the First United Methodist Church. His community involvement includes Rotary Club, Wellington FFA, South Haven FFA, charity auctioneer for Boy Scouts, church events. Larry and Sherri have 3 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, and 5 grandchildren.

Cammy Theurer McComb is Vice President of Operations/Marketing for the company. She has been involved in her family's auction business since she began clerking auctions at the age of 10. Her degree as a Legal Assistant and professional background in Online Marketing, Project Management, and Advertising is of great value as Director of Operations for Theurer. Cammy is a licensed real estate broker in Kansas and a licensed real estate sales associate in Oklahoma. She is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association Auxiliary, and the National, Kansas, and Wichita Area Associations of Realtors. Cammy is an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Wellington - serving as youth leader for the middle school youth group as well as member of Education and Youth Councils. Her community involvement includes Wellington High School Project Prom, Crusader Club, Past President of Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce/CVB, avid supporter of Wellington athletics. She and her husband, John, reside in Wellington, Kansas, with their two daughters, Hannah and Carlie.

Skeet Sirmons is the manager of business development. He brings 20+ years of management and information technology experience to United Country – Theurer Auction/Realty. His primary duties include auction and real estate marketing and advertisement. In his spare time he enjoys art and music and serving as the Director of Choral Music at the First United Methodist Church. Skeet and his lovely wife, Mardon’, reside in Wellington. Skeet graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Business from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas.

Richard Theurer, GPPA, CES, is an Auctioneer and licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Kansas and Oklahoma. He has the Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) and the Certified Estate Specialists (CES) designations. Richard is a member of the National and Kansas Auctioneers Associations, as well as the National, Kansas, and Wichita Area Associations of Realtors. He is a member of the United Methodist Church in South Haven, Kansas Livestock Association and Realtors Land Institute. Richard and his wife, Shirley, live in rural Wellington and have four grown children and four grandchildren. Richard is a farmer-stockman and supports their three sons who are also farmer-stockmen in southern Sumner County.

Jeremy Wiens has been with Theurer Auction/Realty since August 2006 as an Auctioneer and Real Estate Sales Associate. He graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2004 and obtained his Kansas real estate license in 2005. Jeremy is a full time EMT with the Wellington Fire Department and owns a custom sign business, Inferno Signs. He is a member of Ducks Unlimited and serves as the auctioneer for their banquets. Jeremy and his wife, April, live in rural Wellington with their three children: Shelby, Gus, and Cole.

Curt Marshall, Auctioneer and REALTOR, joined United Country Theurer Auction/Realty in January 2010. Curt is a finance graduate of Kansas State University and a Graduate of the School of Banking in Colorado. He spent four years as a federal bank examiner and has been in commercial banking for the past 13 years. Curt is a 1999 graduate of Missouri Auction School and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2006. Curt and his wife, Lynn, have one son, Andy. They live in Salina, Kansas, and attend the First Southern Baptist Church.

Debbie Overfelt ihas been a real estate sales associate since 2004. She is a licensed salesperson in Kansas and Oklahoma and specializes in residential home sales. Debbie was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and attended Northeastern State University and Oklahoma State University before moving to Wellington in 1988. Debbie enjoys working with buyers to find the perfect home for them. She keeps the office supplied with her wonderful baked goods on a frequent basis. Debbie is a member of the National, Kansas, and Wichita Association of Realtors. She lives in Wellington and has four children: Alex, Rachel, Chelsea, and Courtney.

Darren Barnes was born and raised in Dodge City, KS. His family farmed north of Dodge City and raised both wheat and milo; where Darren began helping at an early age. His wife, Sherri, was raised on the family farm in Fredonia, KS, where her parents continue to farm. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering and Automotive Technology from Pittsburg State University in 1996. After working in Plastics for several years in Colorado and Kansas, he began investing in real estate. Darren has been a licensed real estate agent since 2007. He loves meeting new people and working with people on the sale and purchase of farm and ranch land and residential property. Darren joined United Country - Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, in April 2010. Darren, Sherri, and their children live in Inman, Kansas.

Sharon LeValley is Bookkeeper for the company -- handling accounts payable and receivable on a day-to-day basis. She is an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Wellington. Sharon and her husband, Ed, live on a farm near Wellington and are very involved in the activities of their two grown sons and six grandchildren.

Celestina "Tunie" Sparman is the "Director of First Impressions". She assists callers and visitors as well as keeping the Theurer staff active in community events. Tunie and her husband, Rick, live in Wellington and have five grown children and nine grandchildren. She is an active member of St Anthony Catholic Church, VFW and American Legion Auxiliaries and participates in community activities such as Relay for Life, Alzheimer's Walk, and many others.
